Britt Takes Top Five During Weekend Double With ASCS National Tour

BENTON, Mo. (October 13, 2024) In action in Missouri and Kentucky this past weekend, Landon Britt landed a pair of top-ten runs, with one resulting in a weekend-high fifth-place finish at Benton Speedway.

In the season's sixth top-five appearance, Britt showed speed from the start of the night with a Heat Race win that moved him into the Dash, resulting in Britt starting third. Fifth, at the close of the 30-lap affair, the night's win went to Joe B. Miller.

Making the trip to the high-banked Paducah International Raceway on Saturday night, Britt found himself starting mid-pack before moving forward to an eighth-place finish. Hank Davis would go on to win.

The next outing for Britt is Riverside International Speedway, with the American Sprint Car Series going up against USCS in the World Short Track Challenge. Britt is currently seventh in tour standings going into the weekend double.
